I can see from the screenshot I posted of you cheating I am having a hard time convincing you that you are in fact cheating and thus have broken the agreement you electronically signed when you downloaded the game. Let me point you to a section

The agreement you so desire to disagree with is between you and EA. We are only preventing you from playing against fair players. You have been caught cheating and you are banned. You need to buy another game, format your computer.... then re-evaluate your personal value system and then... decide to play fair and then you will not be banned. It is that simple.

Also, considering the EU is slowly crumbling away under the pressure of economic failure and geopolitical stress and there is a substantial risk of extended conflict spilling over Syria and other terrorist-related activity such as the Bulgaria bombing yesterday, I think the EU court has much more important things to be concerned with than you being banned from a video game for cheating, an act of which is directly in opposition to EA's intended use of a product they invested a large quantity of money into.

But you can feel free to bother the EU about a game, while they are dealing with the fate of the global economy, political stress and potential extended war or terrorism-related conflict.
