Ive checked it out Eastern and in my opinion it does look like an illegal crosshair to me...I dont think the in-game crosshair closes in like it does in this screenshot. But I think best thing to do would be to submit it before the screenshot itself gets overwritten in the folder, theres no harm in submitting it either gets accepted or not due to your streaming status

I have just submitted it using the manual submission tool. It won't get overwritten soon and I just checked the streaming servers list and our server is streaming.

Lee is right. A valid crosshair is not that tight even when prone.

We had a crosshair submission like this before. It's illegal and the player in question got banned. I will search for it and post a link here. That player in particular was very fishy,I played against him and then spectated him from the same team once on Impact. Short story: every bullet is a hit(not necessarily headshot but body hit,with no misses).
