Just a Friendly Reminder
From the Application Policy:
2. Posting in the application forum by non staff is not permitted, the only exceptions to the rule being the applicant and the member posting the welcome message.
3. A three point infraction will be issued for failure to comply with rule 2.
Lately I have seen a lot of posts in applications by people who are not authorized to do so. The only people who can post in an application is the applicant, a staff member, or the member who is posting the welcome message. Once their application is approved or denied, you can post "Congratulations", or whatever you like.
All the unauthorized posting causes problems for the applicant because it puts them farther down on the list due to all the posts which bumps their application to the top, and also causes behavior which will NOT be tolerated on the ACI forums.
As stated in the Application Policy and Forum Rules, a 3 point infraction will be issued for violation of this rule.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!
